1. The short version
This site sets no advertising cookies and sells nothing about you. It does ask, once, whether you are happy for us to count visits. If you say no, nothing is loaded and nothing is set — not a smaller amount, none. Everything the site needs to work runs either way.
You can change your mind at any time using the button at the end of this page.
2. What is stored
| What | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visit counting (Google Analytics) | Not necessary — only if you agree | How many people visit and which pages they read, so we know what to write next. Your IP address is shortened before it is stored and no advertising profile is built. | Up to 2 years, and nothing at all if you decline |
| Your answer to that question | Browser storage (not a cookie) | So we do not ask again on every page | Until you clear your browser data |
| Your booking in progress | Browser session storage (not a cookie) | So the booking form remembers what you have entered if you go back a step or reload | Until you close the tab or complete the booking |
| Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) | Strictly necessary | Confirms a booking is being made by a person, without a puzzle | Set only while the check runs |
| Security cookies from our hosting provider | Strictly necessary | Protects the site against abuse | Session |
| Booking pop-up (Cal.com), where used | Third-party, only when you open it | Runs the booking calendar | Set by Cal.com; see their policy |
3. Analytics
We measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics. It records the page and the action against a one-way hashed version of your IP address, and sets no cookie. It cannot identify you.
4. Controlling storage
You can clear or block storage in your browser's settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop the booking form working.
